With an aggressive sales target to achieve for an enterprise communications solution, Vodafone asked us to motivate their sales channel for their yearlong sales incentive programme.
With a long 12 months ahead, we sustained performance with a dedicated website, videos, digital communications, offline communications, and mini tactical competitions - and took the winning elite to their most voted-for destination, Las Vegas. Perhaps seen as a predictable destination - we ensured the 5-day, on-site programme was anything but predictable.
